Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts specifically within the dynamic and rapidly growing Salesforce Staff Augmentation domain. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective sourcing strategies to attract, engage, and hire top-tier Salesforce professionals for our client projects/requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, strong networking abilities, and a proven track record of successfully recruiting technical talent in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for Salesforce Staff Augmentation roles, including understanding client requirements, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, managing the offer process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies utilizing various channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and niche Salesforce communities to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Salesforce Domain Expertise: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, its various clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.), and the in-demand skill sets (Administrators, Developers, Consultants, Architects, etc.).
  • Client Collaboration: Partner closely with our sales and account management teams to understand client needs, project requirements, and provide insights into the talent market.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Salesforce professionals, fostering a network of potential candidates for current and future opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and compensation benchmarks within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing our employer brand within the Salesforce community to attract top talent.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
  • Team Management : Mentor and guide junior recruiters or sourcers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Reports: Publishing various reports as per the recruitment metrics.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 15 + years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a significant focus on technical roles, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem or IT staff augmentation.
  • Should have experience of handling 25+ team members
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its various roles and skill sets.
  • Demonstrated success in utilizing various sourcing methodologies and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
