What you'll Do:
End-to-End Recruitment:
Own the full-cycle recruitment process sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers to onboarding.
Leverage diverse sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus hiring, etc) to build a strong talent pipeline.
Design and run structured interview processes with hiring managers across functions.
Strategic Talent Acquisition:
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand upcoming talent needs and workforce planning.
Work proactively to prepare hiring plans based on business goals, headcount forecasts, and function-specific nuances.
Identify gaps in hiring strategies and recommend changes to improve quality of hires and turnaround time.
Market Intelligence & Compensation Benchmarking:
Stay updated with talent market trends, emerging hiring practices, and compensation insights.
Conduct benchmarking exercises to ensure our CTC structures remain competitive and aligned with market standards.
Process Management & Talent Operations:
Manage inbound applications from our career portal, social media platforms, and hiring mailboxes prioritize and route the right profiles to the right teams.
Maintain and update internal hiring dashboards, trackers, and reports for visibility and planning.
Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience at every stage.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership teams to drive clarity on role requirements, assessment criteria, and timelines.
Act as a consultative partner by bringing in data, insights, and solutions to hiring challenges.
What we're Looking For:
3 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition.
Proven ability to manage multiple hiring mandates across levels and functions.
Familiarity with compensation structures, benchmarking tools, and TA analytics.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to drive collaboration and alignment across teams.
A mindset that s both strategic and execution-oriented you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
Nice to Have:
Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth organizations.
Knowledge of using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment automation tools.
