Your Tasks Implementing our global IT sourcing strategy for Beiersdorf First point of contact for Demand Owner of IT demands from all over the world within a certain threshold Fun and drive to lead IT tenders as well as negotiating, project agreements, offer documents or contract prolongations Shaping and steering supplier relations as well as collaborating with different stakeholder within the Beiersdorf IT department and other functions with IT demands. Your Tasks Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, pre-call, interview scheduling, feedback, and rejections Source talent for roles up to manager level in line with business needs Conduct recruitment kick-off meetings with hiring managers to understand requirements Build strong relationships with stakeholders including Directors, Country Managers, and GMs Use digital-first sourcing solutions and run strategic sourcing for niche and expert roles Training and Development Lead training for factory employees including blue collar, apprentices, and staff Develop and execute the annual training plan aligned with factory goals and HR strategy Conduct training needs analysis using reviews, audits, and manager input Organize and deliver technical, soft skills, and statutory training (safety, POSH, compliance, first aid, firefighting, SMETA, COC) Drive competency management by creating skill matrices, frameworks, and promoting continuous learning Maintain training library for manufacturing topics such as lean, quality systems, 5S, Kaizen, TPM Your Profile You have a Bachelors or Masters degrees in Business, Psychology or HR. You have a positive attitude, are highly organized and detail oriented and have a growth mindset. Possess over 5+ years of experience in Recruitment, Training, and Development functions within a manufacturing plant environment. Preferred proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English languages. You have an advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint – PowerBI is a nice to have.
