Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for talent acquisition, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing talent for various roles, conducting recruitment kick-off meetings, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Additionally, you will lead training and development initiatives for factory employees, developing and executing annual training plans, conducting training needs analysis, and organizing technical, soft skills, and statutory training sessions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, pre-call, interview scheduling, feedback, and rejections - Source talent for roles up to manager level in alignment with business needs - Conduct recruitment kick-off meetings with hiring managers to understand requirements - Build strong relationships with stakeholders such as Directors, Country Managers, and GMs - Lead training for factory employees including blue collar, apprentices, and staff - Develop and execute annual training plans aligned with factory goals and HR strategy - Conduct training needs analysis and organize technical, soft skills, and statutory training sessions - Drive competency management through skill matrices, frameworks, and continuous learning promotion Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degrees in Business, Psychology, or HR - Positive attitude, highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess a growth mindset - Over 5 years of experience in Recruitment, Training, and Development functions within a manufacturing plant environment - Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English languages preferred - Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint (PowerBI is a plus) - Strong desire to be an active team member, take on responsibility, work independently, and contribute ideas - Enthusiasm for long-term global career development within a global or regional team Company Details: At Beiersdorf, the focus is on helping people feel good about their skin and the commitment extends beyond skin care.
