Job Description


To support the delivery of IQ-EQ’s global sustainability initiatives from Hyderabad, focusing on ESG data analysis, reporting, and coordination across 25 jurisdictions. This role contributes to Sustainability Financial Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) aligned disclosures, DE&I tracking, ISO compliance, and audit readiness, acting as a bridge between operational data and strategic reporting outputs.

What You will do

  • You’ll collect and validate ESG data across global offices, ensuring alignment with Group KPIs and maintaining robust evidence trails for assurance and compliance.
  • You’ll support Scope 1–3 emissions reporting, scenario modelling, and sustainability risk assessments to inform mitigation strategies.
  • You’ll assist in coordinating DE&I surveys and tracking social impact initiatives to advance corporate responsibility goals.
  • You’ll contribute to ISO documentation, participate in internal audits, and help integrate sustainability frameworks like CDP and TCFD into reporting systems.
  • You’ll help develop the Group’s flagship sustainability report in line with GRI and CSRD standards, showcasing transparency and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications


ABOUT YOU

  • You have 2–5 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, audit, or risk-related roles.
  • You bring strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • You are familiar with CSRD, GRI, ISO standards, and EcoVadis—though these are advantageous, not mandatory.
  • You thrive in cross-cultural environments and have experience collaborating across time zones.
  • You demonstrate a genuine passion for sustainability, especially environmental and social impact issues.
