Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Support Engineer to join our team at Henson Group, responsible for providing top-notch support for our Modern Workplace solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and assistance to end-users for issues related to the Modern Workplace platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions for recurring issues.
Develop and maintain documentation of support cases and resolutions.
Analyze customer feedback and recommend improvements to the Modern Workplace platform.
Stay up-to-date with new features and releases of the Modern Workplace platform.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of IT Services & Consulting principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with the Modern Workplace platform is an asset.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
