Job Description

As an Implementation Analyst, you will be responsible for onboarding clients, configuring our cloud-based application, delivering product training, and providing support throughout and after implementation. Most sessions are conducted online (Zoom), but occasional travel to client sites may be required.

Implementation & Onboarding

• Conduct online implementation sessions for system setup and configuration.
• Understand customer workflows in Freight Forwarding / Logistics and map them to our application.
• Perform data migration, user setup, configuration, and environment validation.
• Provide product training to end users and support the go-live process.

Customer Support

• Respond promptly to customer queries via email, calls, and Help Desk ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and document resolutions.
• Validate issues before escalating to development teams and help prioritize bug fixes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Product Expertise & Collaboration

• Suggest product enhancements based on customer feedback.
• Work with development teams to integrate tools or improvements into the application.
• Assist junior team members with product knowledge and troubleshooting methods.

Travel

• Willingness to travel within India or internationally if required.

Qualifications

• Any UG/PG degree with strong computer skills.
• Experience in implementing or supporting enterprise web applications (preferred).
• Knowledge of Freight Forwarding / Logistics processes is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic understanding of SQL, web applications, networking, and server concepts.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
