Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular
physical audits
to verify the location and status of hardware assets, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Manage
inventory
, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all hardware assets.
Track
software assets
, including licenses, versions, and usage.
Maintain a complete inventory of
desktops, laptops, servers, network devices, and peripheral equipment
.
Provide
first-class PC support
using strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Assist customers with
software package installations
to ensure high-performing and reliable IT systems.
Install and configure
operating systems
on client computers, including installation of required drivers and supporting software.
Ensure systems are configured correctly and tested after installation to meet operational standards.
