Support Engineer

Responsibilities

Monitoring & Triage:

• Monitor system health dashboards and identify anomalies.
• Handle L1/L2 support tickets and escalate complex cases.

Technical Support:

• Perform log and API analysis to isolate issues.
• Execute standard operating procedures for system restarts, config updates, and health checks.

Documentation & Collaboration:

• Maintain accurate records of incidents, root causes, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with senior engineers for recurring problem identification.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical support or software operations.
• Exposure to

  AI/ML platforms, NLP, or automation systems

  preferred.
• Basic knowledge of

  microservices, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

  .
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and learning agility.

Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience in

  application or platform support

  (L1/L2) for enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with

  microservices, APIs, and containerized environments

  .
• Basic understanding of

  Kubernetes

  CI/CD

  cloud deployments

• Proficiency with

  monitoring and alerting tools

  (AppDynamics, Grafana, Splunk).
• Ability to perform
