Job Description

Description:

GlobalLogic is looking for talented professionals who are passionate about building innovative software solutions and driving digital transformation

Requirements:

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and other departments.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to remain calm, focused, and productive while working under pressure.
High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of customer support processes, tools, and best practices.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and/or a call center environment.
Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
1–2 years of administrative experience preferred.
Experience working with software products a plus.
Additional call center experience a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

Receive and respond to customer emails and phone inquiries for the support team.
Create, document, and route customer support cases as needed.
Coordinate communication and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective customer support.
Monitor and work customer issues promptly to ensure a positive service experience.
Provide proactive updates to customers regarding the status of their open issues.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
