Key Responsibilities:-

Hotel Contracting-

• Identify, negotiate, and finalize contracts with hotels, resorts, and accommodation partners across domestic and international markets.
• Build long-term partnerships ensuring competitive rates, exclusive deals, and value-added services.
• Monitor performance of contracted properties and ensure compliance with agreed terms.

Flights Contracting-

• Manage airline partnerships and negotiate special fares, commissions, and seat allotments.
• Develop relationships with carriers and consolidators to optimize flight supply.
• Ensure seamless integration of flight inventory into company systems.

Product Development-

• Conceptualize and develop innovative travel products/packages combining hotels, flights, and experiences.
• Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to enhance product portfolio.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, marketing) to ensure successful product launches.

Requirements:-

• Experience:

  3–6 years in supply management, hotel contracting, airline contracting, or travel product development.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
• Excellent industry connections with hotels, DMCs, and airline partners.
• Proven track record of creating and managing profitable travel products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
