Supply Manager

As a Senior Professional in the Supply & Products team for hotels and flights, your role will involve managing end-to-end contracting for hotels and flights, as well as driving product development to enhance our travel offerings. You are expected to leverage your industry relationships, negotiation skills, and creativity to design unique travel products that elevate customer experience and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Hotel Contracting: - Identify, negotiate, and finalize contracts with hotels, resorts, and accommodation partners in domestic and international markets. - Cultivate long-term partnerships to secure competitive rates, exclusive deals, and value-added services. - Monitor the performance of contracted properties to ensure adherence to agreed terms. - Flights Contracting: - Manage airline partnerships and negotiate special fares, commissions, and seat allotments. - Build relationships with carriers and consolidators to optimize flight supply. - Ensure seamless integration of flight inventory into company systems. - Product Development: - Conceptualize and develop innovative travel products/packages that combine hotels, flights, and experiences. - Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to enhance the product portfolio. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, marketing) for successful product launches. Qualifications Required: - Experience of at least 3-6 years in supply management, hotel contracting, airline contracting, or travel product development. - Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills. - Extensive industry connections with hotels, DMCs, and airline partners. - Demonstrated track record of creating and managing profitable travel products. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multi-stakeholder coordination. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
