Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage airline and offshore ticketing sales across assigned territories, primarily in Africa. Drive revenue and profit growth through guiding and supporting the branch teams. Supervise and guide the team of ticketing and reservation executives in the branches. Manage and oversee travel/ticketing portal operations to ensure optimal performance and usage. Monitor and analyse air tickets sales performance, reporting trends, opportunities, and risks. Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, client meetings, and roadshows across Africa. Coordinate with regional offices to secure better deals and incentives.
