Location: Bangalore Company: Fabheads Stipend:10k Duration: 3–6 Months (Extendable / PPO based on performance) About Fabheads Fabheads is a deep-tech manufacturing startup founded by IIT alumni and ex-ISRO engineers. We have developed India’s first Carbon Fiber part manufacturing automation systems for Aerospace, Defence, EV, Marine, Biomedical, Drones, Robotics and other high-performance industries. Role Overview We are looking for Supply Chain Interns to support procurement, vendor coordination, logistics, and inventory activities. This is a hands-on role ideal for freshers who want to learn sourcing and supply chain processes in a high-tech engineering environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing vendors for raw materials, electronics, and mechanical components. Support the procurement team with RFQs, follow-ups, and documentation. Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, quotations, and delivery timelines. Help maintain purchase records, GRNs, and inventory tracking Work with the engineering and production teams to ensure smooth material flow. Manage basic logistics tasks — courier, dispatch, delivery follow-ups. Support day-to-day operational tasks in the supply chain department. Who Can Apply Freshers or students pursuing BBA / BCom / BTech / Diploma / Supply Chain / Operations. Good communication & coordination skills. Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets. Interest in supply chain, procurement, or operations. Ability to follow up, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment. Skills Required MS Excel / Google Sheets Communication & coordination Vendor follow-ups Documentation & record keeping Basic understanding of supply chain or purchasing (preferred, not mandatory) What You Will Learn Real-world sourcing for aerospace, defence, robotics, and manufacturing industries. Vendor development, negotiation basics, and procurement workflows. Understanding of BOMs, materials, logistics, and purchase cycles.
