Job Description

As a Supply Chain Trainee at Clicky Technologies in Chennai, Adyar, you will play a vital role in supporting procurement operations and customer handling activities. You will collaborate with the procurement and sales/customer service teams to ensure efficient business operations. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers/vendors. - Collect quotations and prepare price comparison sheets. - Support purchase order creation and follow-up for timely deliveries. - Maintain vendor database and procurement records. - Coordinate with logistics partners for delivery and shipment tracking. - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. - Share quotations, order confirmations, and delivery updates with clients. - Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalate issues where required. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships. - Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team. Qualifications Required: - Pursuing or recently completed Bachelors degree (BBA, B. COM, Diploma). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of procurement or supply chain concepts preferred. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
