JOB DESCRIPTION – ACCOUNTS INTERNExperience: • Fresher or (6 months audit experience preferred) • Candidates who have completed the Tally Prime course or any accounting/finance-related course are encouraged to apply. Department: Accounts/Finance Location: Hebbal, Bangalore Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Finance Team ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for an Accounting Intern who has basic knowledge of accounting and interest in learning practical company accounts. Candidates with 6 months audit firm experience or those who completed Tally Prime / accounting courses will be given preference. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCollecting bills, invoices, and documents from different departments and organizing them in soft and hard copies. Assisting in entering vendor bills, purchase invoices, and credit/debit notes in Tally Prime (training will be provided). Verifying basic invoice details like GST number, HSN code, quantities, and pricing. Maintaining bill trackers: received, pending, and rejected bills. Supporting vendor reconciliation and ledger checks with team guidance. Assisting in inventory, material consumption entries, and daily accounting work. Helping with monthly closing, file management, and audit documentation. Supporting travel and employee reimbursement checking as per SOP. Coordinating with vendors and internal teams for clarification on documents. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS• Basic understanding of accounting principles. • Knowledge of Tally Prime (course-completed candidates preferred). • Candidates with 6 months of audit firm experience will have an added advantage. • Basic Excel knowledge (formulas, sorting, filtering). • Good communication and willingness to learn. QUALIFICATIONS• B.Com or any commerce—completed. 2025 Graduations • Tally Prime / Accounting course certification (preferred).
