Job Description

Role Description

Obtain competitive quotations: Request and secure detailed quotes from approved suppliers for every RFQ.
Vendor and Procurement Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-efficiency in procurement activities.
Inventory Planning & Stock Optimization: Monitor stock levels and implement effective inventory control strategies to ensure optimal stock availability. Logistics & Delivery Coordination: Oversee logistics operations and coordinate with suppliers and transporters to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Demand Forecasting & Order Fulfillment: Analyze demand trends and sales data to support accurate forecasting and ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to align procurement and supply chain strategies with business objectives.
Compliance, Documentation & Cost Control: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate documentation while optimizing procurement and logistics costs

We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience (Supply Chain Executive roles

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

CRM Knowledge

Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

📍 Work Mode: Remote (India)

🕒 Work Timing: 12 Noon to 10 PM ( Monday to Friday)
