The ideal candidate will have a strong background in precision engineering, lean manufacturing, and team leadership. This role is responsible for production planning, quality control, maintenance, cost management, and continuous improvement initiatives within the CNC - VMC machining environment. Key Responsibilities : 1. Production & Planning Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines. Monitor and optimize CNC - VMC machining processes for efficiency and output. Ensure proper resource allocation (manpower, machines, and materials) to meet targets. 2.
