Key Responsibilities

1. Production & Planning

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.
• Monitor and optimize CNC - VMC machining processes for efficiency and output.
• Ensure proper resource allocation (manpower, machines, and materials) to meet targets.

2. Quality Management

• Enforce quality control standards and inspection processes.
• Coordinate with QA/QC team to reduce rejection rates and improve first-pass yield.
• Implement root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.

3. Process Improvement

• Drive lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives.
• Analyze production bottlenecks and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
• Implement new CNC- VMC technologies and automation where feasible.

4. Team Management

• Supervise and mentor production supervisors, CNC-VMC operators, and technical staff.
• Conduct training programs for up skilling and safety compliance.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety.

5. Maintenance & Safety

• Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance of CNC-VMC machines.
• Collaborate with the maintenance department to reduce machine downtime.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with statutory regulations.

6. Cost & Inventory Control

• Monitor operational budgets, reduce waste, and control production costs.
• Oversee raw material planning, inventory levels, and procurement coordination.
• Track KPIs such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), downtime, and yield.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Minimum

  7-10 years

  of experience in manufacturing operations, specifically in CNC –VMC machining.
• Strong knowledge of CNC-VMC programming, machine tools (lathe, milling, turning centers), and tooling.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems, production planning tools, and quality systems (ISO 9001, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing / TPM / 5S
• ISO/TS/AS Quality Management Systems

Candidate Must Be Ready for,

1. Location : (Work Location will be Kathwada GIDC , Ahmedabad , Near Odhav Ring Road )

2. Age : Not more than 39 Years

3. Must Have knowledge & Experience of : CNC Turn Mill, Turning & VMC Machinery (Knowledge of VMC Trouble shoot , Programming & Having Capabilities of Manpower Handling )

4. Notice Period: We can Provide Notice Period Max till 45 Days not more than that.

5. Must Ready for : 10 Hours Job Time
