Store Executive

Job Title: Store Executive

Department:

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming raw materials, tools, consumables, and spare parts.
• Ensure materials are issued to production as per approved requisitions (Material Issue Slips).
• Maintain stock levels for steel CNC tools, cutting tools, inserts, fixtures, gauges, etc.
• Monitor and manage minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid production delays.
• Conduct periodic (daily/weekly/monthly) physical stock verification and reconciliation with ERP records.
• Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), issue slips, return notes, and bin cards accurately.
• Enter all transactions into ERP/Excel or inventory software on a real-time basis.
• Support audits by providing required records, stock ledgers, and traceability data.
• Coordinate with the

  Purchase Department

  for timely replenishment of materials.
• Work closely with

  the Production

  and

  Quality

  departments to ensure proper material flow.
• Maintain the store area in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and storage of materials as per 5S and ISO standards.
• Follow EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) practices in handling materials.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of

  mechanical components

  and

  tooling

  used in CNC/VMC machining.
• Hands-on experience with

  ERP/Excel

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in record keeping, and time management.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education:

  Diploma / B.Tech / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

• Experience:

  35 years in store or inventory management in a mechanical or machining industry (CNC/VMC shop preferred).
