Job Description

Coordinate with approved suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials, goods, and services.
Track purchase orders and follow up to avoid delays or shortages.
Evaluate supplier performance related to delivery, quality, and cost.
Assist in onboarding new vendors and negotiating pricing/contracts where required.
Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
Monitor daily inventory movements and reconcile discrepancies.
Conduct periodic cycle counts and support annual physical audits.
Generate inventory reports and share forecasts with internal teams.
Plan and schedule inbound and outbound shipments.
Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams.
Track shipments, resolve delays, and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoice, packing list, GRN, etc.)
Support demand forecasting based on sales trends, seasonal variations, and customer orders.
Align supply plans with production and sales teams.
Identify potential supply risks and propose mitigation steps.
Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turnover, lead time, and fulfillment rate.
Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety norms, and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare weekly/monthly supply chain performance reports.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
