Job Description

Supervise and coordinate food and beverages staff activities to ensure efficient service.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in food preparation and service areas.
Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor and control food costs to stay within budget.
Implement and maintain health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Supervisor in the Food & Beverages industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate staff.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues.
