Supervisor, Benefits Delivery (Benefits Specialist – US)

The candidate is expected to reside within India.


Responsibilities:

In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Benefits Administration:

  • Oversee the execution of benefits programs, policies, and practices to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance
  • Monitor the effectiveness of benefits administration activities, identifying and implementing areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction


Vendor Management:

  • Manage benefits vendors, facilitating discussions on technical requirements and ensuring services meet organizational needs
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and implement process improvements to optimize benefits delivery


Data Management and Compliance:

  • Provide timely and accurate data to support internal benefits audits and compliance reporting
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of benefits-related activities, including vendor contracts, agreements, and system update
  • Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with federal and state regulations governing benefits administration


Process Improvement and Reporting:

  • Analyze benefits administration processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements to achieve operational excellence
  • Prepare and present reports on benefits program performance and metrics to support strategic decision-making


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Total Rewards, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Proven experience in roles responsible for talent rewards or benefits delivery
  • Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure
  • Experience working across many countries and cultures
  • Understands the needs and challenges of global leaders

  • Technical knowledge in areas of total rewards, benefits delivery, and HR processes
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills
  • Ability to write well and communicate effectively across all layers of the organization
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations
  • Strong business acumen
  • Open to learning new systems and processes
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn; self-starter
  • Strong ability to influence others; able to build and drive a strong business case for people as a growth driver
