With the support, resources, and opportunities provided, you will build a fulfilling future working on meaningful projects that contribute to outcomes that matter. **Role Overview:** - Implement, configure, build, and maintain SuccessFactors module - Make estimates of time required and adapt the solution to meet requirements - Resolve complexity problems related to the functional environment of the application - Conduct thorough testing to ensure accuracy of SuccessFactors module implemented - Support clients and onshore counterparts on the functioning of the application - Work on multiple projects simultaneously and ensure proper implementation of the solution in different environments - Perform unit testing of parametrization results and validate new SAP SuccessFactors releases - Collaborate with peers and business stakeholders to contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and user experience **Key Responsibilities:** - Certification required in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central/ Recruiting/ On-boarding 2.0/PA) plus at least one additional module - Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in SuccessFactors EC/ONB/RCM Module - Knowledge in any of SuccessFactors modules PM/GM, LMS, PA, Succession Planning, WFA desired - Demonstrate high professional standards, customer focus, flexibility, and excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, stakeholder management experience, and expertise - Ability to learn new applications and technologies quickly and work effectively in an international, virtual team environment - Support clients in defining relevant business processes, document requirements, and track customer product enhancement requests **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's degree in a related field from a four-year college or an equivalent university degree Strada values guide everything they do, emphasizing anticipating customer needs, owning the outcome, working smarter, empowering each other to solve problems, and caring about their work.
