Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Key Responsibilities

1. Course Design & Development

  • Design modular short courses including

    outlines, lessons, case studies, exercises, assessments, and templates

    .
  • Ensure all content aligns with

    client requirements and quality rubrics

    .
  • Develop

    real-world financial models, scenario-based exercises, dashboards, and automated Excel templates

    .
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure

    accuracy, relevance, and industry alignment

    .
  • Incorporate feedback and continuously improve course materials based on best practices.
  • Use

    Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

    for all deliverables to ensure version control, comments, and formatting consistency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in

  • Advanced proficiency in

    (formulas, modeling, dashboards, data analysis).
  • Hands-on experience with

  • Experience in

  • Strong understanding of

    scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and data governance

  • Demonstrated ability to design

    professional training or learning materials

  • Prior experience in

    training delivery, curriculum development, or corporate learning

    is highly desirable.
  • Excellent

    written, verbal, and presentation skills
