Job Description

The Subject Matter Expert (SME) at SAAR Education is responsible for providing in-depth knowledge and expertise in specific subjects to support the development of high-quality educational content. SMEs work closely with other team members to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of educational materials, and also play a key role in training and supporting educators Key Responsibilities  1. Content Expertise: Provide subject-specific knowledge and insights for content development. Ensure the accuracy, relevancy, and comprehensiveness of the content. 2. Content Creation: Develop and write educational content, including lesson plans, writing subject specific books, worksheets, assessments, and digital resources. Ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with educational standards and curriculum requirements. 3. Review and Validation: Review and validate educational content developed by the team. Ensure content aligns with curriculum standards and educational best practices. 4. Curriculum Alignment: Align content with curriculum objectives and learning outcomes. Ensure content is appropriate for the targeted grade levels and learner needs. 5. : Research and Analysis Conduct thorough research on subject-specific topics to gather relevant information and data. Analyze current trends and advancements in the subject area to incorporate into content development. 6. Multimedia Integration: Integrate multimedia elements such as images, videos, and interactive activities into the content. Work with graphic designers and multimedia specialists to enhance the content visually. 7. Collaboration: Work closely with instructional designers and other team members to develop comprehensive educational materials. Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions. 8. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks and revisions based on feedback from reviewers and educators. Ensure content is free from errors and adheres to company standards. 9. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving existing content and developing new content ideas. Implement best practices and innovative approaches in content development. 10. Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for educators on using the content effectively. Provide ongoing support and professional development to educators to enhance their instructional practices. Conduct workshops and webinars to share knowledge and best practices. 11. Project Management: Manage multiple content development projects simultaneously. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content within deadlines Key Performance Indicators 1. Accuracy Rate: Percentage of content free from errors. 2. On-Time Delivery Rate: Percentage of projects completed by the deadline. 3. Alignment Score: Feedback on content alignment with curriculum standards. 4. User Engagement Rate: Level of engagement from clients with the content. 5. Usability Score: Feedback on the ease of use and accessibility of the content. 6. Training Effectiveness: Feedback on the effectiveness of training sessions. 7. Support Response Time: Average time taken to respond to client queries. 8. Innovation Implementation Rate: Number of new approaches or technologies incorporated. 9. Continuous Improvement Score: Feedback on improvements made to existing content. 10. Client Satisfaction Score: Overall satisfaction rating from clients using the content. Experience · Minimum 2 years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in: · Mathematics · English · Minimum 3 years of experience as an SME in: · ICT (Computer Science) · Social Science (SST) · Science · STEM/STEAM curriculum design and implementation · Strong background in EdTech, with experience in: · Digital content development · Interactive learning solutions · Curriculum alignment with educational standards (K–12 preferred) · Use of EdTech tools, platforms, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) Other Required Details Job Title: Subject Matter Expert Job Type: Full-time Department: Content Strategy and Design Reports to: Content Strategy and Design Head Salary: upto 9 LPA Working Hours: 9 to 6 Working days: 6 days Location: Noida Sector 80
