Job Description

Supervise and take charge of all content related to the Subject
SST & Pre-primary
Creation & upgradation of Lesson plans, worksheets, Question Papers, subject enrichments, and digital content for teaching aid
Conduct/support induction and refresher training for selected schools
Conduct/support special trainings at identified schools based on need /requirement
Any other training as per the requirements of the school/ CO
Conduct an audit for selected schools.
Conduct special visits/surprise audits to identified schools based on need /requirement
Review audit documents, including questionnaires, checklists, rubrics, and parameters for rating.
Create a comprehensive audit report for audits conducted independently
Communicate with the school principal/HM/teachers regularly and provide all the academic support from CO, acting as a one-point contact between the school and the CO academic team.
Ensure the smooth functioning of the schools by taking regular reports and providing suggestions/feedback/comments
Help the school plan events and special days
Help schools in remedial classes.
Ideation for school improvement /Self-Development
Take part in all internal academic team meets/identified conferences/selected external training, and workshops, and contribute towards self-growth along with school improvement.
Review and give comments/feedback to relevant academic documents (as and when required)
Take part in all other initiatives organized by CO periodically
To keep updated with CBSE circulars from time to time.
Ensure that each of the collaterals is proofread for the school listed above before sharing with the schools.
Developing and coordinating of content for the school parents' newsletter from the school listed above.
