Studio Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end studio operations including sales, client service, and financial control
• Drive revenue growth and meet monthly targets through strategic planning and execution
• Lead business development and marketing initiatives at the geographic level
• Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) performance and ensure operational excellence
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members across technical, administrative, and managerial functions
• Conduct regular training sessions and team meetings to align with company goals
• Resolve client concerns professionally and uphold brand standards
• Maintain studio appearance and conduct regular quality inspections
• Foster a motivational and collaborative work environment

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, operations, or studio/retail management
• Proven track record in team development, revenue generation, and client service
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
• Experience managing P&L and leading cross-functional teams

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
