We are seeking a proactive, sales-oriented, and organized individual to act as the owner’s representative. The Studio Manager will handle daily operations, team coordination, lead conversions, and system implementation to drive growth and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Handle inquiries and lead follow-ups (calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp) Manage class schedules, attendance, and fee collections Supervise instructors, Telecaller, and editors to ensure smooth operations Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and workshops Implement operational systems Submit weekly performance reports to the owner Required Skills & Qualifications Strong sales & communication skills Leadership and people management ability Strong marketing knowledge (social media, events, offers) Organised and process-driven mindset Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/operations Languages: Malayalam & English (mandatory) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
