Studio Manager

The Studio Manager position at Canvas & Couch in Bangalore, India, offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the daily operations of a multi-functional studio catering to various purposes such as podcast recording, influencer content creation, workshops, training, and therapy services. As a growing studio with a diverse clientele, we are seeking a passionate and organized individual to manage day-to-day operations efficiently. Responsibilities include managing the podcast studio, studio lounge, and multifunctional rooms used for photoshoots, therapy sessions, and workshops. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to supporting creative and professional growth. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of all studio spaces to ensure proper setup, maintenance, and readiness for use. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating bookings and ensuring a seamless experience for podcast hosts, influencers, workshop facilitators, trainers, photographers, and therapists. - Manage and schedule bookings for all spaces, handle inquiries, provide quotes, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for clients. - Maintain inventory, coordinate equipment repairs or replacements, and assist in promoting the studio's services through various channels. - Provide support during client sessions, assist in event planning, and ensure logistical support and space preparation for workshops and group sessions. Skills & Qualifications: - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset. - Knowledge or willingness to learn about podcasting, photography, and content creation. - Experience in studio management, event coordination, or hospitality is advantageous. - Basic technical knowledge of audio-visual equipment and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. - Proactive, flexible, and problem-solving mindset suitable for a fast-paced, creative environment.
