Position Overview:

Studio/Salon Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of day-to-day studio operations.
• Manage appointment scheduling, client communications, and service flow.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
• Monitor budgets, track sales, and manage financial reporting.
• Maintain studio equipment, ambience, and inventory levels.

Team Leadership

• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain excellence in service delivery.
• Coordinate team schedules, performance reviews, and workflow efficiency.
• Foster a positive and professional studio culture aligned with brand values.

Client Experience

• Ensure every client receives a luxury, seamless, and personalized experience.
• Handle client feedback and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Build lasting client relationships to encourage loyalty and referrals.

Marketing & Business Growth

• Collaborate with management to develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Support brand initiatives, social media campaigns, and promotional events.
• Identify new opportunities to grow clientele and enhance brand visibility.

Facility & Compliance

• Maintain studio facilities and equipment in top condition.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and brand guidelines.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• 35 years of experience managing a

  salon, spa, or beauty studio

  .
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in salon management software and MS Office.
• In-depth understanding of the beauty and aesthetics industry.
• Professional, polished appearance and customer-centric mindset.
