Studio Manager

As a Studio Manager at Movieing Moments, you will be responsible for managing studio operations, enforcing team accountability, and building systems to ensure smooth functioning of the creative company. You will play a key role in nurturing the company culture and maintaining a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end project delivery tracking and team follow-ups - Maintain internal systems such as project logs, timelines, shoot calendars, and task assignments - Assign and follow up with editors, creative teams, and freelancers - Oversee shoot logistics, team bookings, gear tracking, and dispatch systems - Create and refine internal processes for smoother coordination and accountability - Audit team performance and report productivity gaps to the Founder - Track studio assets like hard drives, equipment, and gifts - Take ownership of administration and vendor coordination - Handle basic HR operations including attendance, leaves, onboarding docs, and team reviews - Contribute to the company culture by initiating HR events and supporting a safe & professional work environment - Work closely with the Founder to review internal pain points and continuously improve internal systems Who is This Role For: - Someone with 3-6 years of experience in operations, admin leadership, or studio/project coordination - Has experience in creating internal systems independently - Thinks and acts like a leader, bringing clarity, structure, and follow-through - Enjoys managing teams, solving backend challenges, and taking ownership of tasks - Comfortable being a strong second-in-command and working in a fast-moving environment Qualifications & Skills: - 3-6 years in operations, admin leadership, or studio/project coordination - Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills - Clarity in communication, firm when needed, warm but not a pushover - Ability to manage multiple people, timelines, and operational areas - Familiarity with the creative, production, or event industries is a plus What We Offer: - A leadership role within one of India's most respected wedding storytelling studios - The opportunity to build systems, lead internal growth, and be a central figure in operations - Autonomy, respect, and full visibility into how a creative company functions - A collaborative, professional studio culture that values structure and accountability If you see yourself as a proactive and independent individual with experience in operations and leadership, we encourage you to apply by sending your resume to career@movieingmoments.in with the subject line "Studio Operations Manager Application."
