Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Studio Manager located in Bengaluru. The Studio Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the smooth running of the studio. Responsibilities include maintaining excellent customer service standards, leading the studio team to achieve sales targets, and implementing customer engagement strategies. The role also entails coordinating studio schedules, ensuring facilities are well-maintained, and managing local events and promotions to enhance the studio's presence and client experience. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport with clients and address their needs effectively. Proven experience in Team Leadership to motivate and manage a team effectively. Solid Sales skills to drive membership growth and meet revenue targets. Proficiency in Project Management to oversee studio operations, events, and scheduling efficiently. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality client experiences. Prior experience in a similar role in the health, fitness, or wellness industry is a plus.
