As a part-time artist in the Cincinnati area, your role will involve utilizing your passion for helping older adults through your artistic skills. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating knowledge in various fine art media - Having reliable transportation and being willing to travel within Cincinnati, surrounding areas, and northern Kentucky - Exhibiting a fun, engaging, and kind personality - Being a self-starter with the motivation to introduce yourself to new locations, call and explain the program, and set up classes with activity coordinators to build your client base - Supporting the cause of bringing light, love, and self-worth to older adult populations in communities including Memory Care, Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Skilled Nursing locations Qualifications required for this role include: - Possession of a BFA, an Art teacher or Art Therapist Certificate, or comparable experience - Appointment setting skills - Willingness to work independently, demonstrate motivation, and be a thoughtful teacher to older adults This position is a 1099 contract role with part-time hours (20-40 per week) and offers a flexible schedule. The Community Studio is a Multi -Art rental studio which hosts multi disciplinary art activities including, dance, fitness, yoga cultural activities etc. We are a multi use studio and are looking for a studio manager, who would be interested in managing and building the working of the studio. Job Responsibility 1) Managing & Scheduling Bookings - A designated phone and number will be provided. Scheduling and taking bookings for the studios via phone calls, WhatsApp, email. 2) Communication - Internal and external communication & coordination in between clients, replying to customer queries, inquiries, on Whatsapp, Instagram , Facebook 3) Social Media- Managing and creating content for social media accounts on IG/ Youtube. Creating posters / artwork for events workshop via our dedicated software and branding. 4) Programming - Programming and execution of Workshops / events / stand ups / new Actvivities. Co-ordinating between artists etc and managing the events on event days. 5) Administration - management of data excel sheets , registering students, data base management and internal and external promotional activities. 6) Content Creation - Creating content for instagram youtube and promo acitvities. 7) Help studio on independent other projects including music based assistance and administration work 8) Develop Business through collaborations/ instagram dancers and workshops. 9)Workshop Coordination: Take the lead in discovering and recruiting new dancers and instructors for workshops. Workshop Execution: Manage the logistical aspects of hosting and running workshops, including scheduling, promotion, registration, and on-site support. Promotional Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns (both digital and local) to promote the studio, classes, workshops, and events. Community Building: Act as the primary point of contact for community members, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere and building relationships with local artists and organizations. Required: • Proven experience in a managerial, administrative, or operations-focused role, ideally within a service-based business. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation. • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. • Superior verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency with standard office software (Google Workspace/Microsoft Office) and experience with a scheduling/CRM software platform. Preferred (But Not Mandatory): • Background in Arts, Dance, Theatre, or Fitness: A degree, professional experience, or significant personal involvement in the arts, dance, or a related field. • Direct experience managing a studio, performance venue, or community center. • Knowledge of dance/arts terminology, curriculum structure, and the local arts scene.
