Position Overview: The Studio/Salon Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and professional operation of the studio. This individual will oversee daily activities, manage staff, maintain compliance with health and safety standards, and deliver an exceptional client experience. The role also involves budget management, marketing coordination, and fostering an inspiring environment that supports creativity, collaboration, and growth. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management Oversee and coordinate all aspects of day-to-day studio operations. Manage appointment scheduling, client communications, and service flow. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards. Monitor budgets, track sales, and manage financial reporting. Maintain studio equipment, ambience, and inventory levels. Team Leadership Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain excellence in service delivery. Coordinate team schedules, performance reviews, and workflow efficiency. Foster a positive and professional studio culture aligned with brand values. Client Experience Ensure every client receives a luxury, seamless, and personalized experience. Handle client feedback and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally. Build lasting client relationships to encourage loyalty and referrals. Marketing & Business Growth Collaborate with management to develop and execute marketing strategies. Support brand initiatives, social media campaigns, and promotional events. Identify new opportunities to grow clientele and enhance brand visibility. Facility & Compliance Maintain studio facilities and equipment in top condition. Implement and monitor safety protocols and cleanliness standards. Ensure compliance with local regulations and brand guidelines. Qualifications & Skills: 35 years of experience managing a salon, spa, or beauty studio . Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in salon management software and MS Office. In-depth understanding of the beauty and aesthetics industry.
