Studio Manager

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee all aspects of studio operations including opening/closing, scheduling, and inventory.
• Ensure the studio is always clean, organized, and safe.
• Implement and maintain studio SOPs and daily checklists.

Team Leadership

• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Manage trainer and class schedules efficiently.
• Maintain a positive and professional team culture.

Sales & Marketing

• Drive membership growth through lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion.
• Track and optimize sales performance metrics.
• (Optional) Assist with social media and local marketing activities.

Customer Experience

• Deliver top-tier service to all members and prospects.
• Resolve member concerns quickly and effectively.
• Foster an inclusive, community-driven environment.

Financial & Reporting

• Track daily sales, attendance, and key performance indicators.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and ensure smooth financial operations.
• Report weekly and monthly performance updates.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate (Bachelor’s degree required).
• Prior experience in fitness, hospitality, or service management preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
