Studio Manager

We are seeking a proactive, sales-oriented, and organized individual to act as the owner’s representative. The Studio Manager will handle daily operations, team coordination, lead conversions, and system implementation to drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries and lead follow-ups (calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp)
• Manage class schedules, attendance, and fee collections
• Supervise instructors, Telecaller, and editors to ensure smooth operations
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and workshops
• Implement operational systems
• Submit weekly performance reports to the owner

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong sales & communication skills
• Leadership and people management ability
• Strong marketing knowledge (social media, events, offers)
• Organised and process-driven mindset
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/operations
• Languages: Malayalam & English (mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
