Student Success Executive Gurugram, Haryana Job Description Post Enrolment operations Support new students with campus resources, policies, and academic expectations. Maintaining detailed and up-to-date student records, including enrolment status, grades, and personal information in SIS Student Fee Collection and sharing FEE receipts as per semester guidelines. Assistance to students: Responding to queries and inquiries for issues/clarifications using email, phone and chat as per SLA defined. Keeping students informed about future semester payment deadlines, policy changes, and important events through various communication channels. Provide information on available financial aid programs, scholarships, grants, application deadlines, and requirements. Assist with navigating the online registration system, troubleshooting non-technical issues, and resolving registration errors. Communication to students on all alumni events, guest lectures, reunions, webinars, and networking opportunities to foster connections between alumni and current students for experience-based learning Generate student-specific reports and compile data as needed for internal use or regulatory compliance purposes Ideal Candidate 1-3 years of student support or customer experience background Understanding of various technical platforms used in online education, including CRM systems, communication tools, data analytics software, and helpdesk systems. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams. Passion for education and a commitment to student success. Skilled in MS Office tools Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability. Excellent communication, interpersonal Awareness of the Student lifecycle in an institute and the ability to help students at each level of their journey Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively. Fluency in the latest technology trends and solutions related to handling operations.
