Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Student Support Services:

Serve as the first point of contact for student welfare inquiries.

Facilitate access to mental health and counseling resources.

Provide guidance on academic and non-academic support systems.

Welfare Program Implementation:

Assist in designing and executing programs aimed at enhancing student well-being, including orientation, wellness workshops, awareness campaigns, and peer support initiatives.

Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to deliver these programs effectively.

Grievance Management:

Receive, document, and escalate student complaints and concerns to relevant departments.

Track resolution progress and ensure timely and appropriate responses.

Communication & Outreach:

Develop and disseminate student welfare materials such as newsletters, policy briefs, and event promotions.

Manage communication channels including email, social media, and welfare portals.

Event Planning and Coordination:

Organize student welfare events, awareness days, and training sessions.

Collaborate with student bodies and clubs for inclusive engagement.

Data Management & Reporting:

Maintain records of student cases, participation in welfare activities, and feedback.

Assist in preparing periodic reports and presentations on welfare metrics and outcomes.
