Role Description

The Student Support Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ernakulam. The responsibilities include assisting students with enrollment processes, addressing inquiries, maintaining student records, and providing guidance on available courses and programs. The role also involves liaising with faculty members, coordinating events and workshops, and ensuring a positive experience for students through effective communication and support.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage student records and coordinate events.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to address student queries and liaise with faculty.
• Ability to work collaboratively and provide support in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools and technologies for record keeping and communication.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards assisting students in achieving their goals.
• Prior experience in student services, education management, or a related field is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Education, Administration, or a related area is preferred.
