Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Faculty at SMRI in Kochi. The Management Faculty is responsible for developing and delivering curriculum for sports-related programs at SMRI. This includes designing course content, mentoring students, coordinating with industry partners, supporting events, and ensuring programs meet academic and industry standards. The faculty also contributes to research, innovation, and continuous improvement of the sports curriculum.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration ,or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching or industry experience in sports management or allied areas.
• Strong understanding of sports industry trends, curriculum development, and academic planning.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
• Experience in organizing sports events, industry collaborations, or research is an added advantage.
