Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Management Faculty to join our team. You will deliver engaging sessions, mentor students, and maintain high academic standards in our management and professional programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and facilitate courses in Business & Management (Leadership, HR, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, Hospital Administration & Office Administration etc.)
• Prepare lesson plans, case studies, and interactive learning materials
• Guide students through projects, internships, and real-world problem-solving
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Contribute to curriculum development and academic planning
• Collaborate with industry experts and guest speakers to enrich learning

Requirements

• Master’s Degree (MBA or equivalent) in Management / Business Administration
• Prior teaching or corporate training experience preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
• Ability to integrate practical insights with theoretical knowledge
• Passion for student growth and innovative teaching methods
