Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mathura for a Management Faculty member. The selected candidate will deliver lectures in management subjects, such as organizational behavior, to university-level students. Responsibilities include developing curriculum material, conducting research to enhance the quality of teaching, assessing and mentoring students, and contributing to the overall improvement of educational programs. Collaboration with team members to plan and enhance the learning experience is also expected.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Organizational Behavior and University Teaching.
• Proven experience in Curriculum Development and Research within the context of management education.
• Familiarity with Marketing concepts and their application in academic instruction.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire students.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
