As a Student Support Executive at IFAS Edutech Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for providing assistance to students and ensuring a seamless learning experience. Here is a breakdown of your role: **Role Overview:** You will be a part of the Student Support/Service Team at IFAS Edutech, a leading educational technology company dedicated to enhancing the learning journey through innovative solutions. Your primary focus will be on assisting students and educators by delivering high-quality educational content and services. **Key Responsibilities:** - **IVR Calling:** - Handle inbound and outbound IVR-based calls to address student inquiries and concerns. - Provide timely and accurate resolutions to student queries. - **App Ratings Calling:** - Reach out to students to gather feedback on their app experience. - Encourage satisfied students to leave positive ratings and reviews on app platforms. - **New Admission Follow-Ups:** - Guide prospective students through the admission process. - Provide detailed information on courses, fees, and policies while ensuring timely follow-ups. - **Portal Technical Issues Feedback Calling:** - Assist students facing technical difficulties on the portal. - Collect detailed feedback and escalate issues to the technical support team. - **Reference Generation Calling:** - Engage with students to identify potential referrals for admissions. - Highlight referral benefits and ensure accurate information collection. **Qualifications Required:** - Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred MBA, BCA, BSC, BE, BTECH, etc.). - Experience: Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or student support roles is advantageous. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. - Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, IVR systems, and student support portals is a plus. - Problem-Solving: Ability to handle queries efficiently and provide effective solutions. - Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with a student-centric approach.
