Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and student-focused Student Support Executive to join our India operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication with students, providing academic and administrative support, and maintaining a positive learning experience throughout their journey with Red Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and support students throughout their learning journey.
• Assist students in creating and submitting exam applications accurately and on time.
• Handle student queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate class schedules, reminders, and learning materials.
• Maintain student records and update progress in CRM.
• Support onboarding of new students and provide course-related information.
• Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for smooth session delivery.
• Provide administrative assistance to ensure efficient center operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Freshers considered
• Excellent communication skills (English required; Malayalam/Hindi added advantage).
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional approach.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Emails, CRM usage).

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
