Role Overview:

The Student Support Representative is responsible for providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support to students across academic, administrative, and service-related areas, ensuring a smooth and positive learner experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for student queries via phone, email, LMS, and ticketing systems.
• Assist students with academic processes, policies, deadlines, and LMS navigation.
• Coordinate with academic, IT, admissions, finance, and placement teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Proactively engage with students to support retention and satisfaction.
• Participate in student orientation and outreach activities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline mandatory. Masters is desirable.
• 2+ years of prior experience in student support, customer service, or higher education preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with LMS, CRM, ticketing tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Student-centric attitude with the ability to handle multiple queries efficiently.
