Maintain student databases and ensure timely follow-up. Assist students throughout the admission journey. Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents. Inform them about various courses and offerings. Follow up on inquiries and leads through phone, email, and WhatsApp. Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
