The Student Conversion Manager will be responsible for working with the Director of Sales Operations to manage our Student Conversion Officers. The overall position will support our international sales strategy and driving student conversion. They will work closely with a range of different stakeholders including managing a team of staff and working with a team of stakeholders including sales teams, colleagues from our centres, and admissions team. This role is responsible for managing the results of the student conversion officers, but may be asked to support on other projects, including support at sales events, administrative work, and other projects supporting the student experience and sales operations.
Masters level degree from the UK
Work Experience in the UK
Advanced IT skills such as pivot tables, and advanced CRM systems / Student Record Systems
Understanding Finance reporting and processes within Higher Education
