The Opportunity
As a Marketing Strategy and Delivery Lead of the Alliances Marketing support team, you will drive strategic marketing alignment and operational excellence across alliance campaigns, leading a high-performing team to execute compliant, data-driven programs. You’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing performance insights, managing capacity and risk, and ensuring campaign delivery is aligned with stakeholder priorities and firm-wide objectives.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team
- Maintain process documentation, quality frameworks, and approval workflows
- Drive adoption of standardized campaign tools and templates
- Manage team utilization and capacity
Escalation, Capacity & Quality Management
- Proactively manage escalations and workstream blockers, ensuring service reliability and stakeholder confidence.
- Align with Marketers on delivery health, performance concerns, and evolving team needs.
- Monitor and report on capacity constraints, surfacing support gaps and working with leadership on resourcing strategies.
- Assist team members with prioritization, understanding timelines and ensuring timely delivery
Campaign Strategy and Governance
- Understand overall marketing strategy and how specific campaigns align with the strategy
- Provide insight and coaching to team members, as needed, to ensure campaign assets are aligned with objectives and strategic directives.
- Understand branding, legal, and independence requirements and assist team members in navigating review processes, ensuring required stakeholder groups are properly consulted
Performance and Pipeline Insights
- Understand performance measurement strategy, including alignment of marketing KPIs with Alliance Operations dashboards for impact analysis
- Assist team members with transforming campaign performance insights into operational and executable marketing tactics to address performance gaps
- Understand the interaction of marketing with other stakeholder groups (e.g. sales and alliance teams) and assist team in tracking buyer acquisition and lead movement
Job Requirements And Preferences
Background & Experience:
- 8-10 years in marketing, campaign management, or digital communications
- 6+ years in leadership roles with global stakeholder alignment
- Experience working with a strategic alliance marketing organization at another Big 4 firm or in a marketing role within one of PwC’s strategic Alliances
- Documented history working within a business-to-business market strategy
- Experience working in a highly matrixed environment with multiple products, preferred

- High proficiency in Salesforce, Einstein Analytics, Marketing Cloud, Workfront
- Strong knowledge of branding/compliance (JBR, OFRO) in a corporate setting
