Strategy Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Strategy Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Strategy Desk by monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing trading strategies, providing real-time assistance to traders, and ensuring smooth execution of strategies across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the strategy team in the development, testing, and execution of trading strategies.
• Monitor algorithmic and manual strategies in real time, ensuring they function as expected.
• Analyze market data, performance reports, and KPIs to identify opportunities and risks.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance summaries for management.
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and optimize trading algorithms.
• Maintain documentation for strategies, processes, and operational workflows.
• Assist in backtesting, scenario analysis, and risk assessments for new strategies.
• Provide operational support during live trading sessions.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in trading operations, market analysis, or strategy support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with Python, SQL, or other analytical tools is a plus.
• Understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in algorithmic or quantitative trading environments.
• Knowledge of market data feeds, FIX protocol, and order management systems.
• Ability to interpret backtest results and strategy performance metrics.
